Your enquiry

When you submit the form, you send the selected reason, your name, company, email address and any phone number, role and message to our web server. It emails your details to sales@velanis.ai. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and arrange the next conversation. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.

Processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps where your enquiry concerns these, or otherwise on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Your information is deleted when it is no longer needed for this purpose, subject to statutory retention requirements.

Technical operation and form protection

Delivering the website involves processing technically necessary connection data. The enquiry form sets a necessary session cookie named “velanis_demo” to prevent requests from other sites and duplicate submissions. The cookie expires at the end of the browser session; the form token is valid for one hour.

To protect against automated enquiries, the form processes your IP address and derives a cryptographic value for a time-limited sending limit. Form entries are not stored in a contact database by the form. Our team receives them through the email service used to handle enquiries. This website does not embed advertising or audience-measurement services.

Local session storage remembers that the logo loading animation has been shown. This setting expires with the session and is not sent to the server.

Subject to applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please use the contact address above. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, such as the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in Baden-Württemberg.
