Inside the introductory workshop

Example for 6–12 participants from one department, 09:00–16:00 including breaks. We tailor the agenda to your team in a preliminary conversation.

    Everyday tasks & understanding AI

    Collect tasks and explore capabilities, mistakes and limitations in a live demonstration.

  2. 10:00–12:30

    Hands-on practice & checking results

    Work on your own tasks, improve prompts and check answers. Discuss data use and approved tools. Includes a break.

  3. 12:30–13:15

    Lunch break

    Time to exchange ideas.

  4. 13:15–14:30

    Workflows & knowledge assistants

    See an automation with an AI step and human approval. Try a chatbot using documents and sources.

  5. 14:30–16:00

    From the workshop to everyday work

    After a short break, discuss hosting, rollout and responsibilities. Choose the next test for your department.

Prepare together

We discuss experience, permitted data and tools. Bring two or three typical tasks; we agree access and a practice environment. Exercises use synthetic or anonymised examples.

Keep working afterwards

Three to five tested templates, a checklist for reviewing results and data use, and a concrete next test. Optional: a 45-minute follow-up after two weeks. An advanced workshop can follow after two to four weeks of practice.
